Light Force
Ministries, Edinburg, Texas, was founded my Rev. Marshall W. Michael in 1981.
Marshall is a ventriloquist who, with his partner "Charlie the
Monkey", has traveled extensively through the United States and Mexico in
Children's Ministry.
Marshall is now serving as Super Church Pastor at Abundant Grace Community Church in Edinburg, Texas, along with his wife Tracy. Marshall & Tracy were married in 2001. The Michaels also direct the "Light Force Puppet Team" at AGCC with performances not only in Super Church, but also at a local Christian Bookstore as part of their yearly anniversary celebration. Most Sundays you'll find the Michaels teaching the 4th grade class at abundantgraceKIDS! Wednesdays they teach 1st-2nd & 3rd graders in a class called "Veggie Connections" based on the popular video series from BigIdea, VeggieTales.
Marshall has other "Vent Partners" as well which include Nathan, Bennie (a baby gorilla) and Bubba (a pink lion). The Michaels have new projects in the works that will be announced soon. Marshall is an accomplished musician and vocalist and along with Tracy on vocals teach kids that it's Cool to Praise God! With object lessons, puppets, games and gospel "magic" the Michael's present a well rounded program in ways kids can understand.
Both Marshall and Tracy are ordained ministers.
The Michaels travel for local ministry events called "Kids Krusades" and are available to come to your church as well.
